This policy applies to laboratory research materials sold by Liberty Core USA and should be read with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Order Processing

Orders are reviewed after payment authorization. Processing may include account and order verification, inventory confirmation, picking, order-accuracy review, packing, shipment creation, and tracking entry. Orders may require additional review when payment, address, inventory, fraud, or research-use concerns are present.

What We Ship

Products are laboratory research materials only. They are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or medical treatments and are not for human or animal use, consumption, or administration.

U.S. Domestic Shipping

Liberty Core USA ships to eligible addresses within the United States only. Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $15. As a promotional offer, merchandise orders with a qualifying subtotal of $150 or more after applicable discounts receive free standard U.S. shipping. Promotional shipping thresholds and offers may be changed or ended at any time and the terms shown at checkout control. The carrier and service level are selected during fulfillment based on the destination, package, and available service.

Tracking

Once a shipment is created, available tracking information is provided by email and/or through the customer's order details. Carrier tracking updates and transit estimates are controlled by the carrier and are not guarantees.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment appears lost, delayed, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact support@libertycoreusa.com with the order number and available tracking information. Damage and incorrect-product claims are handled under our Refund Policy.

Restricted Handling

We may delay, cancel, or refuse shipment when account information is incomplete, an order appears inconsistent with lawful laboratory research use, or shipment would violate applicable law or our Terms.
