What are Liberty Core USA products intended for?
Products are offered solely for lawful laboratory, scientific, analytical, educational, and research purposes. They are not for human or animal use, consumption, or administration.
Can you provide dosing, reconstitution, compounding, or administration advice?
No. Liberty Core USA does not provide medical advice or guidance for human or animal use, dosage recommendations, administration instructions, injection or ingestion instructions, treatment protocols, or guidance for personal use.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. Purchasers must be at least 21 years old and meet Liberty Core USA’s research-account requirements.
Who may place an order?
Laboratories, research institutions, biotechnology companies, analytical testing facilities, and other legitimate research organizations may request a research account. Research organization, intended research use, age confirmation, and required research-use acknowledgments are collected during registration. Complete registrations are approved automatically for research ordering access, and an email-verification link is also sent to confirm the account email.
Where do you ship?
Liberty Core USA currently ships within the United States only. Available shipping methods and charges are shown during checkout when applicable.
How do I get tracking information?
Tracking information is provided when available after shipment processing. You can review order information through Orders & Tracking in your account or contact support@libertycoreusa.com with your order number.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact support@libertycoreusa.com within seven business days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. See the Refund Policy for details.
How do I request laboratory documentation?
Email support@libertycoreusa.com with the product name, SKU, and batch or lot information when available. If you already ordered, include your order number.
How is payment information handled?
Payment details are handled by the approved payment provider. Liberty Core USA does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers or CVV codes on its website.
