Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to laboratory research materials sold by Liberty Core USA and should be read with our Terms of Service. Products are offered strictly for lawful laboratory and scientific research and are not for human or animal use, consumption, or administration.

No Returns or Exchanges

Liberty Core USA does not accept routine returns or exchanges after an order has shipped. Completed sales are final after shipment, except where required by applicable law or where a damaged or incorrect shipment qualifies for review under this policy.

Customer Cancellation Requests

Before shipment, customers may request cancellation by contacting support@libertycoreusa.com as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipment preparation.

Completed Sales

Completed sales are generally final once an order has shipped. Before shipment, Liberty Core USA may cancel and refund an order when the transaction appears inconsistent with our Terms, research-use requirements, fraud controls, or applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If an order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect product, contact support@libertycoreusa.com within seven (7) business days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the exterior shipping package and affected product or packaging. Additional documentation may be requested when reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

If we determine that a product was damaged before delivery or an incorrect product was shipped, we may, subject to applicable law, replace the affected product or issue an appropriate refund.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time depends on the payment provider and customer’s financial institution.

Prohibited Use

Liberty Core USA does not authorize products for personal, wellness, cosmetic, medical, or human or animal use. Products are sold solely for lawful laboratory research. Use outside that scope is prohibited and does not alter this return policy.
