These Terms govern use of libertycoreusa.com and purchases from Liberty Core USA. By creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
1. Eligibility to Purchase
Products are offered exclusively for lawful laboratory, scientific, analytical, educational, and research purposes. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 years old; are purchasing for a legitimate research purpose; have appropriate knowledge, facilities, authority, and training for the materials ordered; and that purchase and possession are lawful in your jurisdiction.
We may decline, hold, limit, cancel, or refund an order when the purchaser, intended use, destination, transaction, or other circumstances appear inconsistent with these Terms or applicable law. We may request additional information concerning intended research use before fulfillment.
2. Research Use Only
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, products are not drugs, pharmaceutical products, dietary supplements, food, beverages, cosmetics, medical devices, medical treatments, diagnostic products, or products intended for human or veterinary medicine.
Products are not for human or animal consumption or administration, including injection, ingestion, inhalation, implantation, topical administration, or any other administration to humans or animals.
3. No Medical or Therapeutic Representations
Website information, product pages, packaging, analytical documentation, and company materials are provided solely for product identification, laboratory research, and scientific reference. Nothing provided by Liberty Core USA constitutes medical, veterinary, diagnostic, treatment, therapeutic, dosing, reconstitution, compounding, or administration advice.
4. Buyer Responsibility and Prohibited Uses
The purchaser is responsible for determining whether purchase, possession, transportation, storage, handling, testing, research, use, and disposal are lawful. Purchasers may not misrepresent identity or intended use; use products for human or animal administration; use products for personal, household, wellness, cosmetic, or recreational purposes; make unauthorized medical or health claims; or transfer products when they know or reasonably should know the recipient intends an unauthorized use.
5. Product Information and Laboratory Documentation
Product specifications, analytical information, and Certificates of Analysis, when provided, are for laboratory and research reference. Documentation does not represent that a product is suitable for human or animal use, consumption, administration, therapeutic use, or any particular application.
6. Orders, Cancellations, and Refunds
Orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorization, inventory availability, fraud and risk review, address verification, and research-use compliance. Customers may request cancellation before shipment by contacting support@libertycoreusa.com, but cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or packing. Completed sales are generally final after shipment, subject to applicable law and our Refunds & Order Issues policy.
7. Shipping
Liberty Core USA currently ships within the United States only. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Additional terms appear in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
8. Account Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current account and order information. False information or impersonation is prohibited. We may suspend an account or refuse future transactions when account activity appears inconsistent with these Terms or applicable law.
9. Communications
Transactional communications concerning accounts, orders, shipping, policy updates, fraud prevention, and customer support may be sent when necessary to provide the services you request. Promotional communications from Liberty Core USA are optional and require separate consent where required. You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time without affecting transactional communications.
10. Promotions
Promotions, discounts, and limited-time offers are subject to the terms displayed with the offer, available inventory, eligibility requirements, and the stated promotional period. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions have no cash value, may not be combined, and may not be applied retroactively to completed orders. Liberty Core USA may correct pricing or promotional errors before fulfillment.
11. Compliance With Law
Purchasers are responsible for complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws relating to purchase, possession, transportation, storage, handling, research, and disposal. Liberty Core USA does not provide legal, medical, veterinary, regulatory, or laboratory-safety advice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
